Out of State Hours
If you have hours from an out of state school, please submit an application for reviewing documents in person or online here for reviewing documents. The application fee is $15. We will review the out of state hours and determine if you are eligible for testing in Nevada or if you must attend a school in Nevada for additional hours.
In order to obtain a license in Nevada, we will need proof of the out-of-country license, schooling, and training. All of these documents must be translated to English by an approved translator found, here. Once the documents are translated, they must be submitted for approval along with the Translation Affidavit from your translator. Once we receive and review the documents, we will be able to determine if the applicant needs to go back to school to complete a certain amount of hours, complete a full program, or be eligible to test for a license right away.
The documents you will need to submit for approval are as follows:
-
Translation Affidavit from your translator.
-
